What inspired you to start your business? Becoming a stay at home mother in 2008 really was a huge step for me and was done through faith. I had the passion of finding legit work at home opportunities and start my own business on the foundation of helping other women believe in themselves and help jump-start their work at home journey. Seeing other women become successful is what ignites the fire and passion inside of me. It’s what drives me to never look back and walk towards my destiny.
What is your favorite quote or saying? ” I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” Philippians 4:13
What is ONE business goal you are currently working on achieving? One business goal that I am currently working on achieving is providing a fun, exciting training atmosphere for aspiring virtual assistants by the end of 2014.
What was a challenge you faced in your business and how did you overcame it? I have a problem with saying no. I want to do everything but had to learn how to set boundaries in both my personal life and business. People learn to respect you more when you have a solid understanding of boundaries and when they should be set.
What would you say contributes to your success? Having God in the forefront of my business and the support of my family contributes to my success a great deal.
What advice would you give an aspiring woman entrepreneur? The advice that I would give to an aspiring woman entrepreneur is to never give up and have faith in God even if it’s as little as a mustard seed that favor will pour down upon your life, family and business. Believe in yourself and speak increase and the abundance will flow like a river.
