Day 16 – Taking Inspired Action

31 Days of Dynamic December

“The more your passion, vision, and purpose are in alignment, the easier it is to move with inspired action.”

Inspired Action

I have a little confession to make…

If I don’t feel inspired to do something in my business, I don’t. I know that may be a surprise to some people since most entrepreneurs stay in “hustle” mode. Don’t get me wrong, I work hard at what I do…but, earlier this year I decided to make a shift in how I do things.

Day 15 – Nurture Your Success

31 Days of Dynamic December

“If you want your business to grow, be dedicated to nurturing your success.”

Nurture Your Success

There is not one entrepreneur who sets out to fail. We have a dream, we catch a glimpse of a bigger vision and it’s game on. Like many of us know, entrepreneurship is hard…no fluff, no lie. It’s not for everyone, especially those who can’t see anything past the cash.

Real entrepreneurs know it’s more than business, it’s our lives. It is who we are, and what we do, is beyond us as an individual. We have a desire to create, grow and manifest our dreams and ideas, at a capacity that allows us to serve others. In order for that to happen, we have to be committed 1000%.

Day 14 – An Attitude of Gratitude Determines Your Altitude

31 Days of Dynamic December

“An attitude of gratitude will determine the level of altitude at which you are able to soar.”

Attitude of Gratitude

It sounds cliche but it is truth. Your attitude determines your altitude…in life and in business. We all have struggles. We all have challenges. We all face hardships at different times in our lives. Though these life situations, if we let them, can knock us off our game, it is the way we deal with them that impacts our lives.

Day 13 – Discipline is in Your Control

31 Days of Dynamic December

“A lack of self-discipline will yield little to no results.”

Discipline

In this life, in your business, your role is to simply, do you. From there, and your ability to be your true self, all else will fall into place and align with a greater purpose. In today’s society, we are taught and trained to be everything other than who we are destined to be.

If being an entrepreneur is your calling, you’ve got to not only have the passion, but the discipline to not be swayed here or there. Going with the flow may seem like a fact of life entrepreneurs embrace, but that is far from the truth. On this journey, structure is required,  and self-discipline is imperative.

Day 12 – Your Key to Success

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Consistent daily action for an entrepreneur is the key to success.”

key to success

Is there really a ‘secret to success’? Is there something special that successful people do that the average person does not? Do they have a unique talent that allows them to overachieve?

The truth is, the only thing done differently by those who are living life on their terms, compared to those who aren’t, is the consistent daily actions they take. They don’t make excuses. They don’t allow fear to stop them. They have a vision, a goal and a plan to follow on a daily basis. What they understand is that the key to success is in their hands.

Day 11 – Prosperity Follows Commitment

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Being committed to your own personal beliefs and values allows prosperity to easily flow your way.”

Prosperity

Far to often we are distracted by the matters and opinions of others. We allow their beliefs and ideas to transfer unto us…even if it is against what we believe for ourselves. People are so easily consumed by the doubtful thinking of others and somehow convince themselves, it’s okay to accept the false truths others place on them.

Why is that?

Sadly, because their is a lack of commitment to self. Their is a lack of self worth and knowledge. We are afraid to take responsibility, and stand up for what we believe in. The absence of personal commitment makes it easier to instead, believe what others believe about us.

Day 10 – Life By Design

31 Days of Dynamic December

“The decisions you make and the actions you take, dictate how well you are able to live your life by design.”

Life By Design

You may hear this phrase often as it relates to entrepreneurs and those who are committed to doing just that…living their lives, the way they choose to live them. You may be wondering to yourself, is that really even possible?

The answer is of course…YES!

Day 9 – Value in Your Authentic Truth

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Your authentic truth determines the amount of value you give to the world.”

Truth

As an entrepreneur, the value you bring to the marketplace determines your results…good or bad. Do you ever notice how you can always “spot” a shady individual who could care less about your needs, but how much money they can get from you? It is our responsibility as entrepreneurs to give the people what they need more than what they want.

The only way to do that is to come from a place of genuine authenticity. By operating in your personal truth. With integrity at all times. Knowing who you are as a person and as a business professional is how you will be able to serve your audience.

Day 8 – Being an Optimistic Entrepreneur

31 Days of Dynamic December

“You can’t be an entrepreneur if you’re not essentially an optimist, so I’m an optimist by nature.” – John Sculley

Optimistic Entrepreneur

Becoming an entrepreneur means so much more than being able to write your own paycheck. In the early stages, money can be scarce, resources are limited and failures happen often. It is during that time that many aspiring entrepreneurs, prematurely give up because things aren’t “working” the way the envisioned.

True entrepreneurs know that without a positive mindset, thick skin, and the ability to remain optimistic…they won’t last long on this journey. Those who are transitioning from being an employee to entrepreneur, usually have the most challenges. It’s an entirely different game when you are working for yourself.

Day 7 – Change is Necessary for Growth

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Change is necessary for continued growth. Where there is no change, there is no life.”

Change is Necessary for Growth

The power of change is in your control. Never get so content with your life that you remain the same. We are here for a purpose, and just existing is not it. There is more to life than waking up, going to work, paying bills and squeezing in a few hours with the family on the weekend. That is not a life.

Problem is, our society has trained us to believe that this existence, is somehow the American Dream. As individuals, we have gotten so far removed from our personal realities (of who we truly are), that we have forgotten how to be ourselves. Existence has become an act of survival.
