It blows my mind how much hate the network marketing industry gets, despite how long it’s been around. But just like entrepreneurship, there are a few reasons why network marketing is not for most people.
The main one is most people aren’t willing to learn the industry, or invest time into personal development. Both are very important to your success as a home based business owner.
It’s been my experience that the majority of individuals considering network marketing are simply misinformed, or have been misguided.
They start searching online and stumble upon all the crap and scams selling hope and “pipe dreams”, instead of truth.
Wonder how you can get leads from Craigslist for your home business?
Most people shun the idea of posting ads on free advertising sites like Craigslist, but I have found it to be very effective for generating leads for my business and products.
However, with any strategy, you need to have some things in place to make the process simple. My main goal is to turn these cold leads into hot prospects. To do that, I want to get these prospects on the phone to have a conversation.
How I Get Home Business Leads From Craigslist
Here is my process…
Are you someone who wants to build your network marketing business online?
Are you someone who wonders if it’s even possible?
Well, it definitely is.
But, just like building your network marketing business offline, there are some things you need to learn how to do, right?
After all, you still have to do the work in order for your business to grow.
Why Did You Start Your Business?
Was it to be able to make more money, and have more freedom so that eventually, you could quit your job (or work less), and have more time to spend with your family?
That’s the reason why I started a home based business.
There really is a different mindset between a network marketer, and an entrepreneur business owner. The difference can impact the bottom line of one.
As a business mentor, I work primarily with network marketers. They have a different approach to doing business which can sometimes affect them, in a negative way.
It’s not really their fault. Believe me, I get it. I’ve been in the home business space since 2002.
Most in our space are simply doing what they’ve been taught to do. No matter how much they struggle to get any significant results, they still hold on to those teachings, without question.
But, at what point should you stop and say, “this isn’t working…I need to be doing something different.”
Have you recently started, a network marketing business and want to get fast results?
Or, have you decided to relaunch your business, this time with more fire and drive?
Wherever you are on this journey, know that you can be successful in this industry. It really only takes a strong desire (your reason why), and the willingness to do the work required.
Starting a network marketing business was one of the best choices I could have ever made for my family. It has afforded the ability to work at home, and be a full-time mom to my children. This to me is priceless!
As we wrap up 2015, most entrepreneurs are focused and planning, how they can create success online in their home based business, moving into the new year.
Are you one of them?
Maybe you are someone who…
Didn’t quite get the results you hoped for throughout the year, and are now ready to take serious action.
Or, perhaps you are new to the home based business industry, and are trying to figure out how to make it all work.
Then, there are those who are seriously wanting to create a life changing income, and prefer to make it happen using the internet.
Whatever your situation is, these tips will help you get clear now, so that you can launch (or relaunch) stronger.
I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not good at keeping up with what’s going on in the media, nor do I regularly follow trends, since I don’t watch much T.V. or the news.
My source of information comes from…Facebook.
All weekend, my time line has been flooded with people talking about, Patti LaBelle pie.
Posts like, “have you tasted it?”, “where can I buy it?”, “how much is it?” and so on and so forth.
After finally giving into my curiosity, I decided to do a little investigating to see what was the big deal.
What I found was that all this buzz stemmed from a Patti LaBelle fan who posted a very entertaining video review of himself trying the pie.
Have you ever sponsored a brand new person in your network marketing business and you just knew they would do well?
Then, maybe a month or two later…they quit.
It’s probably happened more times than you’d care to think about. If it hasn’t yet, don’t worry. It will.
It starts to make you wonder…
Why Do Most People Quit Network Marketing?
Is it you?
Are you a bad mentor?
Of course not.
Although you may believe network marketing is a great way to create a better quality of life, it’s not always easy to help your new team members, understand that same potential for themselves.
No matter how true it is.
People quit for various reasons…
Nowadays, more and more individuals are looking for ways to earn extra income, without having to pick up a second job. People are realizing that “trading hours for dollars”, is no longer enough.
Even with two jobs, they still struggle just to make ends meet.
According to the Direct Selling Association, Over 18 million people (18.2) were involved in direct selling in the United States alone, in 2014. Up by 8.4% compared to 2013. It was estimated that retail sales reached $34.5 billion, and continues to experience steady growth, as more individuals generated more revenue in 2014 than any year previously.
Clearly, the network marketing, direct sales industry is not only allowing average people to earn extra money, but it will continue to grow.
Let me paint the picture…
One day, you stumbled upon a product or service that caught your attention.
You start doing some research on it, and become really interested in trying it out.
If you didn’t first hear about it from a family member or friend, at this point you realize the only way to get your hands on this particular product, is from an Independent Rep or Distributor (that’s code for Network Marketer…yikes!)
Now, you’re in your feelings. You know for a fact, you are not a sales person, so you make a personal vow that no matter what, you will NOT be convinced to sell anything…
