I know for many of us mom entrepreneurs, family comes before business. I also know, a lot of work at home moms actually slow down or, put their business on “hold” entirely, during the summer months. Though I never recommend anyone slow down in business, everyone has to do what works for them.

To be completely honest, I wasn’t looking for a business to join. In fact, I ignored the first offer when it was presented to me.
However, a few months later…I was given another chance to make the decision.
In this post, I will do my best to explain from my point of view, and personal experience.
When you are just getting started in the home based business industry, there seems to be a lot you must learn. From getting things set up, getting educated on your products, and to learning a new system, it can feel overwhelming before you even begin. The good news is however, you don’t have to learn everything all at once, in order to start building your business.
Even so, for some reason, most individuals believe they must “know-it-all”, prior to even reaching out to their first prospect. Big mistake…
Why that is a mistake is because, you are never going to know everything. Plus, what works for some, does not work for all. The best way to assure success is to just get started. We all learn as we go. When something we try doesn’t work, we fix it or do something else.
When some people hear the words, Network Marketing, they automatically get a bad idea in their mind. Most of the time it is because they are greatly missed informed, or have heard negative stories from those who’ve had little, or no success.
The truth is, starting a network marketing business has great benefits, especially because it doesn’t require a college education or tons of experience.

In 2002, I made a decision to do something drastic. A decision that would change my life forever. The reason why is because I had become tired. Tired of my life and the way I was living. I was doing things that made the people around me comfortable. I was living life…(that’s what “they” called it) being a mom, going to work, coming home taking care of the house…you know the drill.
All while silently suffering with depression and secretly hating my life. Why? Because I was miserable. I wasn’t living, I was doing “what I was supposed to do.” All the while, I wondered if this was it. If what I was doing, was what I was supposed to do for the next 50 or 60 years of my life.
