There is always some kind of new challenge emerging online these days, but one that I’m particularly fond of is the 5 in 5 challenge. Have you heard of it yet?

If not, you will soon. Consider this your introduction to a challenge that is literally, changing peoples lives, from the inside out. It is giving people hope again, as they are experiencing amazing results.

If you are here reading this post, it’s more than likely you are a woman and/or mom entrepreneur. We know how important it is to take care of ourselves and our health so we can care for our families. However, in our busy lives, it is something we often, yet unintentionally, neglect.

I know as the new year approaches, most people are reflecting over their lives and thinking of ways to improve or change to become a better individual moving forward.

Though I prefer to make solid decisions to change as opposed to setting a new year resolution, (which barely anyone  ever remains committed to), one that I will not compromise on, is my health.

As I get older, I appreciate life more and more. Watching my children grow up, spending time with my loved ones and being physically, emotionally, and mentally present…is something I no longer take for granted. Life is short, which is very evident.

But reality is, after a few months of this…a lot of entrepreneurs notice a few extra pounds from lack of exercise and even some new aches and pains from the amount of time sitting all day at a computer.

It can seem hard to make time for our health even though it is vital to our long term success.
