When you hear 30 days to a brand new you, what is the first thing that comes to mind?
I know as the new year approaches, most people are reflecting over their lives and thinking of ways to improve or change to become a better individual moving forward.
Though I prefer to make solid decisions to change as opposed to setting a new year resolution, (which barely anyone ever remains committed to), one that I will not compromise on, is my health.
As I get older, I appreciate life more and more. Watching my children grow up, spending time with my loved ones and being physically, emotionally, and mentally present…is something I no longer take for granted. Life is short, which is very evident.
