Blog, Capture Page or Both?

confused womanGetting your business started on the internet does not have to be difficult. The reason why most people struggle with getting set up online is because they are confused by all the different information available.

Some experts say you need a blog, others say you don’t, and should have a capture page instead. Then, there are some who recommend you use both. Makes you wonder, what to do…what to do?

Of course, each one has its benefits when it comes to your online marketing strategy. It’s just knowing when to select the one that is appropriate, and most effective with helping you achieve your desired results.

Avoid Getting Stuck in Over Planning

Over PlanningAre you one of the many entrepreneurs who started a business months ago, but are still planning your next business move? Still planning that strategy to reach your first, or next goal and then…planning how you are going to make it happen?

Of course, we have to create our road map to success. We have to have something in place that will guide us. However, a lot of entrepreneurs waste time and energy over planning, that they forget to do the most important task…execution.

This is self-sabotage at it’s finest!

Ask me how I know…

By nature, I’m a very organized and detailed person. I used to deal with being a perfectionist and really struggled with over planning. So much so, I barely got things done. I would spend hour upon hour being busy…but not very productive at all.

Day 31 – Your Time is Now

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Your time is now! Don’t waste it or excuse it, make it happen.”

Your Time is Now

How many times have you told yourself you needed more time before you could start something new, or do something different? I mean really, you and I both know that before we can begin anything, we have to get things in order first…right? We have to wait until we can focus. We have to take care of “this” before we can do “that”. Right?

Most of us have a reason why we can’t start a business, get healthy or make changes in our lives that will improve our situation because of the “other stuff” we have to deal with first. Let me be the first to break it to you if you can relate…there will never be a better time than right now!

Day 30 – Trust the Process Moving Forward

31 Days of Dynamic December

“The entrepreneur who will progress, is the one who has learned to trust the process.”

trust the process

How easy it is to become distracted on our journey through entrepreneurship. How simple it is for one little thing, to knock us off course. At those times, we tend to beat ourselves up and we become frustrated for not doing what we set out to do. Some even become anxious over the lack of expected results.

In the entrepreneurial world, there are many down days…we don’t know where the next dollar will come from. Almost like we hit a wall, or the well runs dry. But, you have to learn that sometimes, you just have to let things be. You’ve got to trust the process and keep moving forward.

Day 29 – Are You Prepared to Elevate?

31 Days of Dynamic December

“To manifest your dreams, prepare your position to elevate by establishing a greater belief in your abilities.”

Elevate

If you have been envisioning what your life could be like if you followed your dreams, and took action, what do you see? What does that life feel like to you? Think about that for a few minutes…

Do you know that everything you want can be yours? If you believe it, design a plan of action and implement daily action steps…whatever you desire, you can have. That means, the life you want, is attainable.

Are you ready for it? Are you prepared to ELEVATE?

Day 28 – Live on Purpose With No Compromise

31 Days of Dynamic December

“If you don’t compromise on your values and beliefs, you will never have to defend your purpose.”

No Compromise

Are you truly living on purpose?

Most people think they are, when in fact, they only wish they were. The sad truth is, far to many individuals have become so accustomed to doing what is considered ‘normal’ in our society that they have forgotten who they really are. They stop living out loud. They conform in order to remain politically correct. They compromise their beliefs to appease others (mostly family and close friends).

Day 27 – Building Momentum in Marketing

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Momentum isn’t created by magic, but by consistently marketing.”

Momentum

When it comes to building your business online, the one thing that sets apart those who get consistent results and those who don’t is momentum. How many times in your business have you been excited about a new product or service you offer, so you start sharing it all over the internet?

Day after day and finally, you get a sale, or someone contacts you. You keep at it and…BAM, it happens again, and again.

You are so pumped you keep promoting and advertising. THEN, life happens…and you stop going so hard. You got a few sales, you’ve got a few people to follow-up with, so you slow down.

Day 26 – Renew Your Vision During Self-Reflection

31 Days of Dynamic December

“Renew your mind and renew your vision during your time in self-reflection.”

self-reflection

It’s important to take time out for self-reflection. Though we should do it often, the end of the year is always a good time, since most people are off because of the holiday season. Make an effort to have some alone moments and just be quiet. Look back over the past few months and year…

Think upon your successes. The positive experiences you’ve had. How you felt during each one. What goals have you achieved? What did you enjoy the most?

Going forward…think about how you can incorporate more of those positive events in your life and business. What can you do more of to make it happen?

Day 25 – Give to Receive

31 Days of Dynamic December

“The more you give, the more you receive. The more you sow, the more you will reap.”

Give to receive

I see it all the time, when we first start a business, we give and give and give but we rarely receive anything in return. I used to do the very same thing, giving so much of my time and knowledge away to others. I’m a giver by nature and it gives me pleasure to be able to help others. But, there is a fine line that we often cross.

Day 24 – A Season of Growth

31 Days of Dynamic December

“After a season of growth comes time to prepare for the harvest!”

day 24

As you move into a new ‘season’…it’s important to keep your focus. It is a season of growth simply because we believe, have faith, and put our hope in the idea that new things will take place in our lives.

This is your season of growth if you claim it. It is a time in which you can begin anew. You can make changes and you can reconnect with your purpose. You don’t have to worry about what others may think or say, it is your season…envision the life you desire and start taking the steps to create it.
