31 Days of Dynamic December
“The moment you decide to challenge yourself is when you get to know who you really are.”
Do you give yourself enough credit or do you diminish your value?
If you have started a business or if you are currently thinking about it…are you, or do you believe you will give it your all? Are you doubting your abilities before you even put them to use?
Like so many others, you many not even realize it, but you sabotage your success when you don’t challenge yourself.
What does that mean exactly?
We all know starting down a new path is difficult, and can be scary. If you never push yourself to try something new, something a little uncomfortable, you will never really know your potential. Staying the same feels safe because it’s familiar. You already know what you are capable of. Being an entrepreneur will stretch you well beyond what you are accustomed too.
How often do you hear others say, “that won’t work.” Or, “you can’t do that”. Nine times out of ten, they are flat out wrong. It’s not what you perceive to be that will be, but rather what you believe. Yea, ponder that for a minute.
Truth is, more people fail due to lack of effort over anything else. It they think it requires to much upfront work, they justify their inability with the excuse that it can’t be done. People will find every reason why something won’t work instead of actually attempting to do the things that will. They won’t challenge themselves to be anything other than what and who they currently are.
Do you want to be a successful entrepreneur? Do you want to actually live the live you dream of for yourself? If so, you can’t slack on yourself. You can’t give up when a little hiccup occurs. You’ve got to put your head down, put your game face on, and do whatever needs to be done, no matter how hard or long it will take.
Challenge yourself, challenge your thinking, challenge your efforts.
You can do more than you think you can!
